Timothy Pearcy is an accomplished entrepreneur with over three decades of dedication to advancing lyophilization technology. For more than 30 years, his core focus and driving passion have been the development of innovative freeze-drying solutions.

In 1984, Timothy established Resource Processing Systems, where he pioneered the design, engineering, and manufacture of microwave energy super condenser continuous-batch lyophilizers used to stabilize complex pharmaceutical formulations.

Nearly a decade later, in 1993, he founded BIOLYPH. Through this venture, he developed LyoSpheres, a specialized solution tailored to the unique needs of lyophilized reagents for in vitro diagnostics (IVD) and research-use-only (RUO) manufacturers.

Today, Timothy leads the creation of next-generation processing and packaging technologies. He is actively bringing to market a single-use, disposable lyophilized device known as ReActivator. Deeply committed to his work, Timothy values his team and family and is dedicated to ensuring that the company’s clients receive exceptional service and ongoing support.

Meredith Pearcy is an accomplished in vitro diagnostics and life sciences professional with broad experience spanning strategic marketing, product management, voice of customer, commercialization, and applied technologies. Meredith is currently completing my MBA at the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.

As an Application Consultant at BIOLYPH, Meredith partners with diagnostic and life science companies to strengthen their competitive position and enhance customer satisfaction. She helps clients transform their products by significantly improving stability, extending shelf life, and simplifying ease of use through BIOLYPH’s technology. She supports new customers through their first engagement with BIOLYPH as a CMO, ensuring a smooth, intuitive, and high‑value experience, while also working with existing partners to convert additional products into the BIOLYPH format.
